Summer 2012 Application Form

All applicants must submit a completed application form and a non-refundable $100 application fee which will be deducted from the total program fee upon acceptance. Applicants are also required to submit a CD recording demonstrating their playing or a written recommendation from their music teacher. Application fees must be paid by check or money order and made payable to American Fine Arts Festival.

The application deadline for the AFAF Summer Courses in Europe 2012 are as follows:
Germany-Austria-Italy Tour - January 31, 2012
Russia Tour - March 3, 2012 .
